Very light, very bright. You’ll find some reductive, smoky notes on the nose, which round into roasted hazelnut—a real showcase of maturity and complexity. The palate is crisp, racy and lean, with a lovely high acidity giving a tart, dry delicacy to this light-bodied wine. A refreshing, austere vintage that demands food (something light) and rewards some time in the glass (don’t serve it too cold).
