A classic Moorilla riesling. Already developing the flinty, funky, bituminous wafts on the nose that make this wine so special over time, it also boasts ample fruit (lime, green apples) and a vanilla-blossom lightness. Palate-weight is good, with a tight, almost-oily richness awash with yellow peach, more lime and a gentle honey-sweetness. Mouthwatering acidity keeps things moving towards a bright, crispy finish.
