Stoney Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023

Just what the doctor ordered. An incredibly pretty, refined Pinot (given its youth) that’s ripe and rewarding from nose to finish: rich dark fruit and spice galore on the nose (plus hints of mint-leaf confectionery and apples) presage a palate of immense character and concentration—red cherries, chocolate, sandalwood, vanilla, ginger, and on, and on. Acidity is light but present; tannin velvety and supple. Complex, yummy and youthful. A ripper.
