Praxis Sparkling Riesling 2023
Made for drinking when the drinking is good, and the drinking is good now. A bountiful bundle of fresh, clean fruit and florals, there’s some bright, flinty apple and greengage to lure you in, before a fine, zippy mousse that’s wide, assertive and carries good acid throughout. An approachable, refreshing sparkling, perfect for seasonal sipping.

Praxis Chardonnay Musqué 2023
As always, our Praxis Chardonnay Musqué is made to highlight the unique flavours of a naturally mutated Burgundian chardonnay clone: classically bright, youthful chardonnay notes (white peach, green mango and apple, some crushed melon) are complemented by richer, muscat-driven florals and spice. This year—a particularly fun, fresh example—the muscat gives candied ginger, elderflower and honeysuckle, rounding and sweetening a surprisingly bold finish.

Praxis Pinot noir 2023
From the lively, fruit-driven nose onward, this is a delightful wash of fresh summer berries, cherries and spice. A bit of herbaceousness and a toasted nuttiness round out the nose, while the palate boasts blueberry, pomegranate and a hint of umami in a pleasingly tight structure that opens and softens towards the back. Could even serve it chilled, if you’re feeling frisky.
