Not your average aged riesling, this is a subtle, delicate vintage from a cooler year. Has retained a youthful tightness, with suggestions of green pineapple, mandarin, and a healthy minerality.

A cellar-aged release, this gently mid-weighted expression has aged sublimely well. Notes of camphor, orchard fruit, ginger, freshly made lemonade, a sluice of lime juice and a dash of spa salts and talc. As reliant on its phenolic chomp as it is on its rapier-like freshness, this is an exceptionally good riesling that grows in trajectory, crunch and juiciness with air. Drink or hold.
