A summery, tropical feast. Plenty of meadow-in-bloom notes (light grass, gooseberries, fresh figs) with a wealth of tropical character and white currants borne on a brisk, crisp acidity. Serve just on the far side of chilled and watch more fruit emerge as the temperature comes on.
