As always, our Praxis Chardonnay Musqué is made to highlight the
unique flavours of a naturally mutated Burgundian chardonnay
clone: classically bright, youthful chardonnay notes (white peach,
green mango and apple, some crushed melon) are complemented by
richer, muscat-driven florals and spice. This year—a particularly fun,
fresh example—the muscat gives candied ginger, elderflower and
honeysuckle, rounding and sweetening a surprisingly bold finish
A curious white wine with quite a distinct rose water, musk stick lolly character woven through nashi pear, gingery spice, vanilla and nectarine. Soft texture with a near sherbet-like core of limey acidity. There's a brightness and drinkability inherent in this wine. Cool as.
