2019 Muse Riesling

A subtle, aromatic and balanced vintage that reveals the full character of the Moorilla vineyard: mineral-driven but full of fruit and hints of salinity. Expect citrus blossom and crushed seashells on the nose, and a palate alive with a beautiful tingling acidity. Pair with a very green salad and some fresh-shucked shellfish.
