For those who want to try the OG Pils alongside the gin-infused summer boilermaker we used it in.
In the great Tasmanian tradition of combining things that others might not think of (wink wink), we put gin and beer in a glass together. It turned out surprisingly well.
After significant testing (the weather was hot, and boy, did they go down well), we decided to can it up for our second Boilermaker collaboration. The bold, floral Forty Spotted Pink gin, plus our crisp, noble Pilsner. A match made in heaven and sunshine and our now-empty glasses.
