Drink our art: three bottles celebrating our cold-climate pinot pedigree and penchant for racy bottle labels.
Praxis Pinot Noir 2018
Pale red in the glass, our 2018 Praxis Pinot is ideal for the warmer months with sour cherry, ripe strawberry, dried florals, vanilla and spice on the nose, rolling into a ripe and fruity palate. Here comes blueberry, sour cherry, dried cranberry and strawberry with chamomile flower, cured meat and vanilla. More light spice and smooth tannins. Here for a good time, not a long time (in the cellar).
Muse Pinot Noir 2015
Medium-red colour (and the faintest tinge of purple), and an elegant, vital tension between deeper, earthy notes (kola, chocolate, dark cherry) and an almost ethereal top end (red summer fruit in particular). Will improve even further with cellaring.
Muse Pinot Noir 2009
A special back vintage blended to show a balance of fruit-and-oak aromas and flavours. You can expect fresh berries and spice with hints of tobacco and leather. It’s been patiently cellared for eleven years in bottle maturation, resulting in a silky smooth wine with hints of roasted plums and black cherry.
